Why is there poverty in this world? Because it makes a few people very rich.
A crime against humanity.
Why does homelessness exist?
Why do we put ill people in prison?
Why do we imprison children?
Why do we imprison innocent people?
Why are those in prison not allowed to heal of the crimes society has committed against them?
Why does our society encourage, create and celebrate crime, presenting it with graphic how-to details, and then imprison those who accept the invitation?
More crimes against humanity.
Why do we slaughter other species who behave far more intelligently than humans do; who have as much right to life and happiness as humans do?
Humans have so much to learn; so much that must be forgiven.
Some day, if there is a heaven that humans are even allowed to enter, those who enriched themselves immorally will have to look in the eyes of those whom they dishonored and will not only have to acknowledge their crimes, but feel the burden of what they’ve done. Not an eternal hell, but a soul-searing awakening.
Humans will, hopefully, also be faced with all the animals we have slaughtered, and we will have to beg their forgiveness.
